AFTER SALES SERVICE

As the manufacturer of all ROKO brand equipment we are uniquely placed to offer our customers an excellent level of after sales service. We hold ample stocks of all spare parts and our highly trained technical staff will quickly resolve any issue that may arise. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and in some countries even offer a rapid 24 hour repair service. Please consult our dealer for more information.


PRODUCT WARRANTY

All ROKO manufactured products are of high quality and are covered by a standard parts and labour one year warranty. In some countries, however, the standard warranty period for our higher end PRO line units has been extended to full three years. This extended product guarantee comes as a result of our continual improvements in technology and first-class components supplied by our production partners. Full terms and conditions of the warranty for each type of product are stated in the product guarantee card.


ASSISTANCE

We are aware of the importance of work continuity in the lab environment and the inconvenience that an unexpected equipment failure may cause. This is why we have created ROKO Assistance Package, where we supply a replacement unit on loan for the duration of the repair. The replacement is delivered free of charge even after the warranty has expired.  The Assistance Package is available in selected countries only. Please consult our dealer for more information.


10 YEARS GUARANTEE PARTS

10-year service protection for spare parts provides storage for the period set components to all machines produced. Technical consultants are always available to our customers and their broad knowledge provides a solution to all problems.
